We start by understanding user needs and constraints in drone delivery, surveying, and bike navigation covering complementary use cases from navigation perspective. 

This informs user and stakeholder requirements for market readiness. 

From there, we define service needs to ensure localisation quality and user acceptance,      leading to key technical requirements for system and service design.
